The Nicholas Intervention Coalition (NIC) invites community partners, healthcare organizations, businesses, and advocates to become sponsors of our 2026 Addiction Conference. This premier regional event brings together behavioral health professionals, medical providers, educators, law enforcement, recovery advocates, policymakers, and community leaders to strengthen prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts across Appalachia.
Guided by NIC’s mission — to build an alliance that engages the community to create conditions toward prevention and reduction of substance use and promote substance use treatment and support services — this conference serves as a collaborative platform to share evidence-based practices, innovative strategies, and lived-experience perspectives that move our communities toward sustainable recovery.
